# The Outbound and CRM views in the Analyze panel

The same 100+ checks can be regrouped by two views — **Outbound** ("can I
send to this contact?") and **CRM** ("is my CRM data clean?") — so the same
findings read as either a campaign risk list or a database-hygiene list.

## Where to find it

On the **Check data quality** overview in the Analyze panel (or the **Find
& evaluate** dialog), next to the **Contact Quality** ring, two tabs switch
the grouping: **Outbound** and **CRM**. The score itself doesn't change —
only how the issues below it are bundled.

## What each view groups together

**Outbound** bundles checks into groups like Unsendable, Duplicates, Bounce
Risk, Fake & Placeholder, Personalization Broken, Incomplete, Wrong Persona,
Geo & Compliance, LinkedIn Broken and Freemail Addresses — issues that
matter before a send. **CRM** bundles the same pool of checks differently:
CRM Junk, Duplicates, Formatting Broken, Inconsistent Values, Enrichment
Gaps, Field Conflicts, Stale Data, Compliance Risk, Rep Entry Errors, and a
Sync-Ready group for records with no issues at all — issues that matter for
keeping a database clean. The individual checks behind each group are
described in the topic for their data type (names, emails, companies, and
so on); this view just regroups the same findings by purpose.

Click a group to select and highlight its rows, the same way clicking an
individual check does — see "select-rows-by-checks" for how selecting and
combining works. A group that includes an AI-powered check (for example
Wrong Persona or Fake & Placeholder) only shows those rows once
**Include AI Analysis** has been run; see "ai-checks" for which checks that
affects.

## Not the same as an evaluation

This is a different feature from **evaluations** (Cold Email, CRM Quality,
Cold Calling), which rate each row Ready / Enrichable / Unusable for one
specific goal — see "campaign-ready-evaluations". Outbound and CRM are
views over the same check results; an evaluation is a separate verdict.

## Cost

Free — switching views only re-groups checks you've already run; it doesn't
call any paid provider or re-run the analysis.

## FAQ

### What are the Outbound and CRM views in the Analyze panel?

Two tabs next to the Contact Quality ring that regroup the same 100+ checks into different bundles: Outbound groups issues by what blocks a send, CRM groups them by what breaks database hygiene and sync.

### Where do I switch between the Outbound and CRM views?

On the "Check data quality" overview in the Analyze panel or the "Find & evaluate" dialog, click the Outbound or CRM tab next to the Contact Quality ring at the top.

### Does switching between Outbound and CRM change my quality score?

No — the Contact Quality score stays the same; only the grouping of issues shown below it changes.

### What kinds of issues does the Outbound view group together?

Groups like Unsendable, Duplicates, Bounce Risk, Fake & Placeholder, Personalization Broken, Incomplete, Wrong Persona, Geo & Compliance, LinkedIn Broken and Freemail Addresses — everything relevant to whether you can safely send to a contact.

### What kinds of issues does the CRM view group together?

Groups like CRM Junk, Duplicates, Formatting Broken, Inconsistent Values, Enrichment Gaps, Field Conflicts, Stale Data, Compliance Risk and Rep Entry Errors, plus a Sync-Ready group for records with no issues — everything relevant to keeping your CRM clean.

### Is this the same as choosing an evaluation like Cold Email?

No — evaluations (Cold Email, CRM Quality, Cold Calling) give each row a Ready / Enrichable / Unusable verdict for one goal; Outbound and CRM just regroup the same check findings by purpose. See "campaign-ready-evaluations" for evaluations.

### Does using the Outbound or CRM view cost credits?

No — it's free on every plan; it only regroups checks that have already run.
