## Watching a run

While an enrichment job runs, a small pill appears at the top of the screen
showing how many tasks are running or done; click it to expand a panel with
a progress bar (completed / total) for each job, a **Stop** button to cancel
it, and the counts of successful, failed and cached items once it finishes.
Keep the list open until the job finishes — that's also when the "Fill
empty cells with enrichment data?" prompt appears. See "How enrichment
works" for that fill-in step.

## Batches and the 5,000-lookup limit

Enrichment jobs process rows in small internal batches so progress updates
smoothly rather than in one long wait. A single job can enrich **up to
5,000 lookups** (distinct emails, domains or profiles; rows sharing a value
count once) at once; if you select more, split the run into smaller
selections (enrich part of the list, then the rest). This limit is per job,
not per list or per day — you can run any number of jobs one after another.

## Running jobs at the same time

You can have **up to 5 enrichment jobs running at once across all your
lists** (the limit is per person, in all your workspaces together) — for example, enriching companies in one selection while looking
up emails in another. Starting a 6th job while 5 are still running is
blocked until one finishes or you cancel it. A job that stops sending
progress for a while is treated as timed out and cleared automatically, for
example after an interruption on our side — closing your tab does not stop
a job — so a stalled job doesn't permanently occupy one of your 5 slots.

## When the credits run out during a job

Before a job starts, ListPlus checks that the balance covers the estimated
cost; if it doesn't, the job isn't started and the credits window opens
(members of a workspace see a note to ask the owner instead — see "Credits, plan
and limits in a workspace"). In a workspace, every job spends the **workspace owner's**
credits, and other members may be spending them at the same time. So the
balance is checked again before each paid lookup: if it no longer covers the
next one, the job **stops there**. Rows already enriched keep their results;
the remaining rows aren't charged and appear in the finished job as
"failed", each with the note "insufficient_credits". Once the balance is
topped up, select the rows that are still empty and run the enrichment again.

## Caching: not all lookups are cached the same way

Caching rules differ by data type — there's no single "7 or 30 days" rule
for everything:

- **LinkedIn profile and company lookups** are reused for free if you repeat

- **Company data by domain** is served from ListPlus's own **shared**
  cache — once any ListPlus customer has looked up a domain, every
  customer's repeat lookup of that same domain is free, with no fixed

- **Email verification** results are reused for **7 days**; verifying the
  same address again sooner reads from that cache instead of calling the

- **Person lookups** (Prospeo, FullEnrich) that returned data are reused
  for **7 days** in your workspace — repeating them sooner doesn't charge
  again; lookups that found nothing are run again.

## FAQ

### How do I see the progress of an enrichment job?

A pill appears at the top of the screen while a job runs; click it to expand a panel showing a progress bar (completed of total) for each running job, plus a Stop button to cancel it. It updates live and also works if you refresh the page while the job is still running.

### How many rows can I enrich in one job?

Up to 5,000 lookups per job — distinct emails, domains or profiles, so rows that share the same value count once. If your selection is larger, run it in smaller batches — select part of the rows, enrich, then select the rest.

### Can I run several enrichments at the same time?

Yes, up to 5 jobs at once per person — for example one Company Lookup run and one email-finding run in parallel. A 6th job is blocked with a message until one of the running jobs finishes or you cancel it.

### Can I cancel an enrichment job partway through?

Yes. Click the progress pill to expand it, then click Stop on the job you want to cancel. Rows already processed before you stopped keep their results; the rest are left untouched.

### How long are enrichment results cached?

It depends on the lookup: your own LinkedIn profile and company lookups are reused for free within 30 days, company data by domain is often served free from ListPlus's company cache, email verification results are reused for 7 days, and person lookups (Prospeo, FullEnrich) that returned data are reused for 7 days within your workspace — a lookup that found nothing is simply run again.

### Why did my enrichment stop halfway with rows marked "insufficient_credits"?

The credit balance ran out during the job: in a workspace, jobs spend the workspace owner's credits, and other members may spend them at the same time. The job stops at that point, rows already enriched keep their results, and the remaining rows show as failed with "insufficient_credits" and are not charged. After the owner tops up, select the still-empty rows and run the enrichment again.

### Why did my job stop without finishing?

A job that shows no progress for a few minutes is ended. Closing your tab doesn't stop a job. Rows already processed keep their results, so start a new job for the rest.
