There's no separate app in the App Store or Google Play — ListPlus runs in
your phone's or tablet's browser, at the same listplus.ai/app address as on
a computer.

## What works on a phone or tablet

Person Search, Segment Search, Saved and the Inbox all work in a mobile
browser, and so does opening a list to check, enrich or edit it — the
layout adapts to the narrower screen. Below 768 pixels wide the left
navigation itself switches to icons only, without labels. Pages with two
columns (Lists, Inbox, Pipelines, Saved, Segment Search, AI Research) keep
both columns down to 600 pixels — collapse the left one with its round
button when you need the room. Below 600 pixels (phones) the left column (list tree, folders, filters,
pipelines, Inbox entries, researches) moves into a side panel: tap the
panel icon left of the page title to open it, tap it again, tap outside or
press Esc to close it. Picking an entry closes it for you; on the Inbox,
Pipelines and AI Research it opens by itself while nothing is selected
yet. Watching a
research also works from a phone — every research runs on the server, so
you can open one started on your computer, follow its progress and review
matches. You can also forward an email into
your Inbox from your phone's own mail app, the same as from a computer.

Switching workspaces works on a phone too: tap your avatar and open the
workspace row (the same menu as the switcher in the Home header). Without an
account, the avatar menu shows **Guest** with a **Start for free** button to
sign up.

## What needs a computer

Starting a new **AI Research** — either with ListPlus's own agent or with
your own AI via **Your AI** — is a desktop task: on a phone (a narrow
screen), the form to describe and start one doesn't appear, and you're
pointed to "Start new research on desktop." Tablets and wider screens show
the full desktop layout.

## Getting support on the go

The support chat bubble only appears on the **Home** page, the same as on
a computer — open Home first if you don't see it. Email support@listplus.ai
works the same everywhere. See "[How do I contact support?](https://listplus.ai/en/help/troubleshooting/contact-support)" for details.

## FAQ

### Is there a ListPlus app for phones?

No — there's no app in the App Store or Google Play. ListPlus runs in your phone's or tablet's browser at listplus.ai/app, the same address as on a computer.

### Can I check, enrich and edit a list from my phone?

Yes. Opening a list, running quality checks, enriching rows and editing cells all work in a mobile browser, though a computer is easier for large lists.

### Can I use Person Search or Segment Search on a phone?

Yes, both work in a mobile browser — Segment Search, for example, moves its filters into a side panel you open with the panel icon left of the page title, and the left navigation itself switches to icons only below 768 pixels wide.

### Can I start an AI Research from my phone?

No — starting a new AI Research, whether run by ListPlus or by your own AI through Your AI, needs the desktop app; the screen for describing and starting one is hidden on a phone; a tablet shows the desktop layout.

### Can I watch a research that's already running, on my phone?

Yes — every research runs on the server, so one you started on your computer shows up on your phone too. Opening it, watching its progress, and reviewing and adding its matches to a list all work on a phone.

### Does the support chat work on a phone?

Yes, the same as on a computer: open the Home page and the chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner. It only shows on Home, not on other pages.

### Can I import a file or connect a tool from my phone?

Yes — importing a file or connecting a tool such as Google Sheets or HubSpot both work in a mobile browser, though a computer is easier for large lists.
