**Saved** (Gemerkt) is where people wait for their list. Every profile you
load in Person Search, Segment Search, AI Research or the Inbox is recorded
automatically, and it lands on Saved as soon as a lookup finds data, or
when you file it or save it from the Inbox, so you can collect over days
and then move a whole folder into a list at once. Saved is deliberately
not a CRM: there are no notes, statuses or deal stages.

Saved belongs to the **workspace**: everyone in the workspace sees the same
saved contacts and folders, and can file, enrich or remove them. If you work
in several workspaces, each has its own Saved (see "[What is a workspace?](https://listplus.ai/en/help/workspaces/what-is-a-workspace)").
The page's address is listplus.ai/app/saved; older links to
listplus.ai/app/contacts still lead there.

## How people get here

Loading a profile anywhere in the app is recorded automatically, and it
lands on Saved as soon as a lookup finds data, or when you file it or save
it from the Inbox. In the Inbox, **Save** keeps a recognised person here
too regardless of what any lookup found. Someone you already have is
recognised by LinkedIn URL, email, or name and company, so nothing is saved
twice — a richer result just updates the existing entry.

## Kept versus just viewed

Contacts you **keep** — saved from the Inbox, filed into a folder, or
enriched (a profile where at least one lookup found data, including a
cache hit) — stay on the Saved page and don't expire. Profiles where
nothing was found are only kept briefly as **viewed** — for example a
result loaded straight onto the page from a LinkedIn URL, email or domain
with no match — and aren't shown on Saved; they show instead under
**Recently viewed** on the idle Person Search page (the 6 most recent
viewed entries in the workspace), and drop out after 30 days of no further
activity. The Saved page itself only ever shows kept people, so it doesn't
fill up with every profile you glanced at.

## The Saved page

Click **Saved** in the left navigation to open the Saved page. As long as
nothing is saved yet, it shows a start page, "Keep interesting contacts in
view", with the four ways contacts land here: **From Person Search**,
**From Segment Search**, **From AI Research** and **From the Inbox**, each
with a button that takes you there.

Once something is saved, the page has its own left column — **All saved**
plus the **Folders** — next to a table. The folder column is open by
default; you can drag it wider or narrower and collapse it (⌘⇧L /
Ctrl+Shift+L, or click **Saved** in the left navigation again to reopen it),
and on phones it becomes a side panel titled "Folders". The table shows contact, company, location, what's reachable (email,
mobile, phone), where the person was found, folder and last seen. Search,
filter by people or companies and by source, and open a row to see the
full profile again, free of charge.

## Folders

Create up to 50 folders from the **+** next to "Folders" in the left
column, rename or delete them, and file people into one by **dragging table
rows** (a dragged selection carries every selected row) onto a folder in
the left column, or via a row's **⋯** menu or the bulk **Move to folder**
action. Dropping rows on **All saved** takes them out of their folder.
Deleting a folder, or removing someone from one, **keeps that person
saved** — they stay on "All saved", they're just no longer filed anywhere.
Up to 300 people can be filed across all folders combined. Both limits (50
folders, 300 filed) apply per workspace, shared by all its members. A folder's own
menu offers **Add to list** for everyone in it at once.

## Getting people into a list or a pipeline

Tick rows and click **Add** → **Add to list**, or use a folder's menu.
Adding merges with rows that already exist in the list by email, LinkedIn
URL, or name and company, filling empty cells instead of creating
duplicates. The enrichment results and their sources travel along, so the
list shows where each value came from. **Add** → **Send to pipeline** puts
the selected people into one of the workspace's pipelines instead (see
"[Pipelines — send records on to your CRM, Slack, e-mail or API](https://listplus.ai/en/help/pipelines/pipelines-overview)").

When you open a saved contact that has been sent to a pipeline, the profile
drawer shows an **In pipelines** section with each pipeline's
state for that person (waiting, data check, sent, failed or removed) — see
"[Seeing which pipelines a record went through](https://listplus.ai/en/help/pipelines/pipeline-marks)".

## Enriching from Saved

Opening someone from Saved always reloads them for free. If the basics
(LinkedIn profile and company profile, about 0.75 credits combined) haven't
been loaded yet, click **Load** in the profile drawer; add-on cards for a
verified email, phone or mobile number run only when you click them and show
their price first. The result is saved in place, so the data is there when
the person moves into a list.

## FAQ

### What is Saved?

Saved (Gemerkt) is the holding place for people you found and want to keep — from Person Search, Segment Search, AI Research or the Inbox. You collect there, organise in folders, enrich if needed, and move people into a list or a pipeline when ready. It's not a CRM: no notes, statuses or deal stages.

### How do I save a contact?

Open the person's profile anywhere in the app: once a lookup finds data, they're saved automatically. To keep someone regardless, choose a folder under Save in … in the profile drawer's header, or tick them in the Inbox and click Save. Profiles loaded from a bare email or domain have no Save in … button, so file them from Saved instead.

### Why did a contact disappear from Saved?

Only contacts you keep — saved, filed, or enriched with a lookup that found data — stay on Saved. A profile where nothing was found (viewed only) isn't kept: it shows under Recently viewed on the idle Person Search page (the 6 most recent) and drops out after 30 days of no activity. There's no "Saved only" switch to toggle any more: the Saved page always shows kept people only.

### How do I organise saved contacts?

Create folders (up to 50) with the + next to "Folders" in the Saved page's left column, or from Save in … → New folder … in the profile drawer. Drag table rows (or a whole selection) onto a folder, or use a row's ⋯ menu; rename or delete folders any time — deleting one keeps the people, it just unfiles them, they stay saved.

### How do I move saved contacts into a list?

On the Saved page, tick rows and click Add → Add to list, or open a folder's menu and choose Add to list for everyone in it. Pick an existing list or create a new one; people already in that list are matched by email, LinkedIn URL, or name and company and merged instead of duplicated.

### Are saved contacts saved twice if I find them again?

No. ListPlus recognises the same person by LinkedIn URL, email, or name and company and updates the existing entry with the richer result instead of creating a second one.

### Can I enrich a contact directly from Saved?

Yes. Open the person and use the profile drawer: load the basics if they aren't loaded yet (about 0.75 credits), reveal a verified email, phone or mobile number, or run other add-ons — each shows its price before it runs. The saved entry is updated in place, so the data travels with the person into a list.

### Can I export Saved to a file?

Not directly — there's no export button on the Saved page. Add the people to a list first, then export the list as CSV or Excel.

### Where did folders and Recently viewed go, and how do I delete a saved contact?

Folders live in the Saved page's own left column, which is open by default and can be collapsed (⌘⇧L / Ctrl+Shift+L, or click Saved in the left navigation again to reopen it); on phones it's a side panel titled "Folders". Recently viewed shows the 6 contacts you touched most recently, saved or not, under the idle Person Search page. To delete a saved contact, use Delete in its row's ⋯ menu on the Saved page; it removes right away, with no confirmation step.

### Can my colleagues see my saved contacts?

Yes. Saved belongs to the workspace, so every member sees the same saved contacts and folders and can file, enrich or remove them. If you work in several workspaces, each one has its own Saved; switch workspaces to see the other one.

### Why is my Saved page empty or showing a start page?

As long as nothing is saved in the current workspace, Saved shows the start page "Keep interesting contacts in view" with four ways to save contacts: from Person Search, Segment Search, AI Research or the Inbox. If you expected contacts there, check that you're in the right workspace, because each workspace has its own Saved.

### Where do I see whether a saved contact was sent to a pipeline?

Open the contact from Saved: if it has been sent to a pipeline, the profile drawer shows an "In pipelines" section with each pipeline's state (waiting, data check, sent, failed or removed) and the date. Click a row to open that pipeline; the section is hidden when there's nothing to show.
