# Flows — everything that moves records, on one page

Last updated: 2026-10-13

**Flows** in the left bar shows, on one page, everything that moves records
through your workspace: where they come in, what happens to them, and where
they go. You no longer have to open every list to see which rules it has.

Clicking **Flows** opens a small panel with two ways in: **See all flows**
(the overview) and **Pipelines** (the Pipelines page). On the
overview, **Only places with rules** hides everything that has no rule.

## The overview

Every place records live in is one row: the **Inbox**, each **list**, and
the **Watchlist**. Sources, the place and its processing, and destinations
are aligned in three columns. Inbox and Watchlist sit below the lists.

- **Comes in** — the sources of that place: an import from HubSpot, Google
Sheets or another connected tool (with "refresh daily" when it updates
itself), a file import, a form, a webhook, an app event, the list's API,
and records another list or the Watchlist sends into it.
- **Place** — its name and how many records it holds. A note appears when
something needs you, for example a paused rule or a refresh that did not
  run.
- **What happens there**, inside the place — click a rule count to see the
individual rules, then expand a rule for its trigger, conditions and
ordered actions. Computed columns also expand. In the Watchlist, click
the alert count for the watched people and companies, checks, frequency,
  status and pipeline settings.
- **Goes out** — where records leave: a pipeline's target such as Slack or
HubSpot, another list, or writing changes back to the source. **Stays
here** means nothing leaves that place by itself. The Inbox instead
shows a dashed manual handover: its destination is chosen on review.

Click a place's name to open it. Click a blue chip under **Goes out** for
a side panel with the pipeline behind it: its data check, release and
target, which rules and alerts use it, and links to **Open configuration**
and to its entries.

Click **Details** for a read-only view of a place. Selecting a source or
a route-focus button highlights its connections; **Show all routes** clears
the selection. On phones, flows stack into cards without sideways scrolling.

Lists with only an import or manual input and no rules, computed columns,
outgoing route or warning are grouped in an expandable section. Connected
forms, webhooks and online sources stay individually visible.

## By source

The switch at the top right turns the same information around: **By source**
lists every source once and shows the places it leads to. Where records
go is in the **Goes out** column of the view by place.

## The Pipelines page

**Pipelines** is the second page of Flows. To switch, click the name after
"Flows /" at the top left (**Overview** or **Pipelines**) and pick the
other one. It is the page where you create
pipelines, set their target and fields, release waiting entries and look at
the history. Under a pipeline's name, **Used by** lists the rules and
alerts that hand it records, paused ones included. A pipeline no rule and
no alert is assigned to says so: records reach it only when someone adds
them by hand.

The small number at the top is how many entries wait for you: waiting for
release, or failed.

## FAQ

### Where can I see all my rules and pipelines at once?

Click Flows in the left bar. Every list, the Inbox and the Watchlist are one row each, with what comes in, the rules and computed columns there, and where records go out.

### Where did Pipelines go in the left bar?

Pipelines is now part of Flows. Click Flows in the left bar and choose Pipelines, or on the Flows page click Overview at the top left and switch to Pipelines; the page itself is unchanged.

### How do I see what feeds a pipeline?

Open the pipeline on the Pipelines page of Flows: under its name, "Used by" lists the rules and alerts that hand it records, with their list or the Watchlist, and says so if none is assigned. On the overview, clicking the pipeline's blue chip shows the same in a side panel.

### How do I see everything that is sent to one tool, such as HubSpot?

On the Flows overview, look at the Goes out column: every place that sends to HubSpot shows a blue chip naming it. Click the chip to open the pipeline behind it.

### Can I change a rule or a source on the Flows page?

Not yet. Flows shows what is set up; you change a rule in its list, a source in the list or the Inbox, and a pipeline on the Pipelines page. Clicking a place's name takes you there.

### What does "Stays here" mean on the Flows page?

Nothing leaves that place by itself: no rule hands records to a pipeline, and the list does not write back to a source. Records stay there until someone exports or sends them by hand.
