It depends on what you already know about the person. In the single-cell
fill window, ListPlus lists the single lookups cheapest first and marks the
cheapest with a "cheapest" badge (a multi-step option marked "recommended"
may appear at the top); in the Enrich menu and
the record panel, you pick which lookup to run yourself. Almost every
route only charges credits when it actually finds something — a miss is
free — except LinkedIn Profile Search by name and company (1 credit,
always) and Verify LinkedIn Profile (0.25–0.5 credits, always); see

"Reveal Mobile Number" isn't offered directly in the Enrich menu — start it
from the record panel, the single-cell fill window, or a Person Search
card. In a list, you can still reveal mobiles for many rows at once by
selecting the rows first and choosing Contact details → Phone in the
selection bar's field picker (it runs the same 12-credit mobile reveal).

If "Contact Brief" doesn't find an email, from either a LinkedIn URL or a
name and company, the next step is the 6-credit "Find Email (by Name &
Company)" (FullEnrich), charged only on a hit — labeled "Contact Profile
(by Name & Company)" in the single-cell fill window and "Deep Email
Search" on a Person Search card. In the Enrich menu, Prospeo's Contact
Brief lookup also appears a second time under this exact same "Find Email
(by Name & Company)" label, at its usual 2 credits, so check the credit
amount shown on the button rather than the name alone. The Enrich menu and
record panel additionally offer a chained version of "Contact Profile (by
Name & Company)" that can cost up to 12 credits — 6 for the email, and 6
more only if a follow-up profile lookup also succeeds; in the single-cell

Needing both an email and a direct phone number from just a name and
company is a separate, pricier route: "Find Email + Phone (by Name &
Company)" in the Enrich menu, or "Deep Mobile Search" on a Person Search
card — 30 credits via FullEnrich, charged when the lookup returns data.

## Why the prices differ

Cheaper lookups (0.25–2 credits) work from either an exact key — a
LinkedIn URL or a domain — or a single verified database matched by name
and company, so only one provider needs to be checked. The pricier
6-credit and 30-credit routes instead run a waterfall across 20+ data
sources to catch matches the cheap route missed, which costs more to run
— worth trying only after the cheap route comes up empty. Mobile numbers
are the most expensive single reveal (12 credits) because a verified
personal mobile is far scarcer and costlier to source than a work email or
a company's main phone number, which already comes free with a Contact
Brief lookup.

## How to keep it cheap

- **Free steps first.** Finding a LinkedIn URL by name and company via
  Google search costs nothing — do this before paying for anything that
  needs a LinkedIn URL.
- **Reuse what's already there.** If a row was enriched earlier but the
  cell stayed empty, clicking an enrich button fills it from that existing
  data in your list first, with no new API call and no credits spent.
- **Start with Contact Brief.** Try the 2-credit route before the 6-credit
  deep search — most contacts are found on the first, cheaper try.
- **Pick only what you need.** Pick "Find Email" instead of "Find
  Email + Phone" unless you actually need the phone number — the phone
  version costs several times more.
- **Enrich a selection, not the whole list.** Select only the rows that
  still need a contact before clicking an enrich button, so you don't pay
  to re-check rows that already have one.
- **Revisit for free.** Re-running a LinkedIn lookup that already found
  data costs nothing for 30 days, and cached companies are free; person
  lookups (Prospeo, FullEnrich) that returned data are reused for 7 days in
  your account, while lookups that found nothing are run again.

## A worked example

As an example only — actual costs depend on what's found. In the best
case, "Contact Brief" already includes basic company data, so one contact
can cost as little as 2 credits with nothing else needed. If Contact
Brief's company data isn't enough and you also run a separate "Company
Lookup" (0.25 credits), that's about 2.25 credits for one contact. Adding
a verified mobile number ("Reveal Mobile Number," 12 credits) brings that
