# ListPlus.ai

> ListPlus is a web app for lists of B2B contacts and companies. Bring a list, a name or a description of an audience; ListPlus checks the data (over 100 quality checks), fills gaps through external data providers and tells you per purpose which records are ready, enrichable or unusable. Finished records go to a CRM, a sequencer, Slack, a webhook or a file — by hand, or automatically through list triggers and pipelines. Every list can expose a REST and MCP endpoint for AI agents with permissions per column and action. ListPlus has no contact database of its own and sends no e-mail campaigns. - Data in: file import (Excel, CSV, JSON, URL; 1 credit per list), connected tools, LinkedIn imports, app events (a Slack message, a Typeform answer, a Calendly booking arrive by themselves; 1 credit per event, Pro), a webhook per list, a form per list, the Inbox (pasted text, files, forwarded e-mails, business cards), the Outlook add-in.
- Connected tools: Pro includes every connected tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, Notion, Stripe, Google Sheets, Airtable, Lemlist, Slack, Typeform, Calendly and 3,000+ apps) for import, reload, sync back, app events, pipelines and export. Basic: one connected tool for 50 credits per 30 days (renews while the balance covers it, stops by itself otherwise); a second tool needs Pro. Import, reload, sync back and export cost 1 credit per request to the connected tool; there is no flat price per import; looking at a source in the import wizard is not charged.
- LinkedIn imports: Sales Navigator 35 credits + 1 per person (up to 2,500); company employees 2 + 1 per person; keyword search, post reactions, post comments 1 per person (up to 1,000 each). The base is due when the import starts.
- Finders: Person Search (searching not charged; a profile's basics about 0.75 credits), Segment Search (2 credits per page of up to 25), Markets (1 credit per calculation, 0.25 per company loaded), AI Research (billed by usage within a budget you set).
- Enrichment credits: company by domain 0.25, e-mail verification 0.3, LinkedIn profile 0.5, Crunchbase 1, verified e-mail via Prospeo 2, person from e-mail via FullEnrich 4, e-mail by name + company via FullEnrich 6, mobile number 18. E-mail, phone and company lookups are charged only when found; searches, imports and research are charged per page, per attempt or per run.
- Providers: Prospeo, FullEnrich (waterfall across 20+ sources), CompanyEnrich, a LinkedIn data provider, MillionVerifier, Crunchbase data, Google search, the Parallel web index (search and news; off with the workspace policy). Bring-your-own provider keys are not available.
- Automation: list triggers (a record is new, is changed, is new or was changed and meets conditions, is deleted) enrich the record (fields, budget per record, fill mode), hand it to a pipeline, set a status or a tag. Pipelines send to Webhook, Email, Another list (every plan) or to Slack, HubSpot, Attio, and — marked Preview — Google Sheets, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Lemlist, Instantly, another app (Pro; Basic: one connected tool for 50 credits per 30 days), with manual or automatic release, a data check and a daily limit. A delivery is priced per record delivered: CRM 2 credits (Pipedrive 3), sequencer 1, Slack or another app 1, Google Sheets 1, webhook 0.25; Email and Another list cost nothing. Inbound leads can be enriched and routed without a click.
- Sync: reload from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Airtable, Notion, Attio, Stripe (also automatically, daily or weekly). Sync back to HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Attio, Google Sheets, started by a person.
- Exports: CSV, Excel, JSON, SQL, Markdown; Google Sheets, HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead; HTTP request to any webhook (also for Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Agent API actions: query, count, find, column_summary, credit_balance, add_records (up to 1,000 per call), update, set_tags, set_status, ignore, restore, create_columns, delete_columns, run_checks, fix_check, clean_values, dedup_merge, derive, enrich, company_lookup, list_pipelines, send_to_pipeline. Research tools: google_search, hackernews_search, website_scrape (no credits), reddit_search (10 credits per 25 results), twitter_search (3 per 100 posts).
- Agent API permissions per connection: allowed actions, enrichment types and research tools, visible columns, writable columns, only fill empty cells, sublists, limits per request and per minute (default 60), expiry. Presets: Read Only, Data Assistant, Enrichment, Data Collector, Full Access, Custom. Every call is logged.
- Teams: workspaces with unlimited free members; the owner's plan and credits pay. Roles: Owner, Admin, Member. The owner can switch off AI, the Agent API, connected tools and single providers for the whole workspace.
- Support: AI help in the app ("Ask ListPlus", answers from the help articles) and e-mail to support@listplus.ai. No live chat with a person.
- Not available: an own contact database; sending e-mail campaigns; CRM functions; triggers by time of day; sync back to Airtable or Pipedrive; bring-your-own provider keys; an enterprise tier; per-seat pricing; demo booking.
- Hosting: EU (Frankfurt) on Vercel. Sign-in data for connected tools is held by the connector service Pipedream. A data processing agreement applies on every plan. ListPlus itself holds no security certification.
