How does AI enrichment through the API work?

You create an API endpoint in ListPlus (one click). Then give the URL to any AI — Claude, ChatGPT, or a custom agent. The AI makes a GET request to discover your list schema (columns, types, rules). Then it queries records that need enrichment, researches each one using its full capabilities (web search, knowledge base, reasoning), and writes results back via the API. ListPlus handles permissions, deduplication, and CRM sync automatically.

Is it safe to give AI access to my data?

Yes — ListPlus wraps every API endpoint in granular security controls. You can: hide sensitive columns entirely, restrict which fields the AI can write to, enable "fill-only-empty" mode (AI can never overwrite existing data), set rate limits and row caps, add expiration dates, require bearer token authentication, and review full execution logs. You control exactly what the AI can see and do.
