03 · Write back

The source wins. Always.

Sync back compares every open change with HubSpot before it writes. A property HubSpot changed meanwhile is a conflict: HubSpot wins and the list takes its value. Only pulled properties go back; a column you added in ListPlus stays in ListPlus.

01

Plan before write

The open changes are the plan. If anything conflicts, nothing is written and the rows say why.

02

Per record, never by value

A bulk edit that set the same value on 200 records is 200 decisions, not one.

03

Also Salesforce, Attio, Sheets, Notion

The same rules for every source that can take writes.

Questions about this flow.

Flows in the help center
Does ListPlus write into HubSpot by itself?

No. The sync back starts when you click, and it shows the plan first. A pipeline to HubSpot releases only by a trigger you wrote, manually or automatically with a daily limit.

Which properties go back?

Only the ones you pulled at import. They are the list's sync schema. Columns added in ListPlus, scores and enrichment layers stay in ListPlus unless you map them into a pulled property.

What happens when HubSpot changed a value meanwhile?

The source wins. The list takes HubSpot's value and the change is reported as a conflict, never written over.

Can I do this with Salesforce?

Yes: Salesforce, Attio, Google Sheets and Notion sync back the same way. Pipedrive and Airtable import only.

ListPlus

Set it up once. Every lead passes through by itself.

HubSpot in, 125 checks, fill the gaps, write back. The source wins.
