ListPlus Flows Inbound process
Flows for RevOps

Every inbound lead scored.Only the ones that fit reach HubSpot.

App events bring the form answer, the booking and the webinar sign-up; a webhook takes the rest. A score column decides what each lead is worth; triggers route: above 70 to HubSpot and Slack, 40 to 69 enriched and reviewed, below 40 hidden. Set up once, runs by itself.

App events from 3,000+ apps. No automation to build.

An app event is a trigger in a connected tool: a form answer, a booking, a registration, a Slack message. ListPlus deploys it, the tool delivers, the fields land in the list's columns by content type. No address to copy, no automation to build, no mapping screen.

01

Forms

HubSpot forms, Typeform, Webflow, Tally, Google Forms, Jotform, Fillout, Unbounce.

02

Bookings and events

Calendly, Cal.com, TidyCal, Livestorm, Eventbrite, Google Ads lead forms, Stripe customers.

03

Any other app

19 are prepared in the catalog with their fields placed. Every other app with a trigger is one search away — and the list's webhook takes JSON from n8n, Zapier, Make or your product.

Questions about this flow.

Flows in the help center
Do I need n8n or Zapier for this?

Not for the nineteen app-event tools: they deliver by themselves. For everything else the list's webhook takes JSON from n8n, Zapier, Make or your own code.

How fast is a lead in HubSpot?

Triggers act within seconds on records written by app events, webhooks, forms and enrichment. The pipeline releases automatically; a lead missing a required field waits as "To review".

Can the score use AI?

Yes. A criterion can be an AI statement ("industry near B2B software"), judged once per distinct value so it costs almost nothing. The sum is always a rule-based number you can read.

What if the form sends fields in another language?

The list places values by content type and learns a channel's mapping once. "Vorname" and "first_name" land in the same column.
