Yes — Basic is free forever. Import up to 25,000 records, edit up to 5,000, and get 25 credits plus full access to AI commands, enrichment and CSV import/export. No credit card required.
No. Basic is pay-as-you-go: you buy credits when you need them, and they never expire. A subscription (Pro or Premium) is only needed for their features — up to 100,000 or 1,000,000 editable records, integrations like Google Sheets or HubSpot, and credits about 40% cheaper.
Nothing is lost. You still see all your lists and can filter them, run analyses and export everything — you see exactly what ListPlus can do with your data. Editing, enrichment and automations pause until you upgrade, or until you delete lists to get back under 5,000.
Credits are consumed when you enrich data (find emails, phone numbers, company info) or run AI commands. Each operation has a fixed credit cost shown in the pricing table above. With Pro or Premium every credit costs 40% less. Credits never expire.
E-mail and phone lookups only cost credits when they return data; searches, imports and research are charged per run, as marked in the price list.

Basic: CSV import/export. Pro: Google Sheets, Airtable and Lemlist. Premium: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Notion and Stripe. The AI Agent API is included in every plan. All connections use OAuth with credentials managed by Pipedream (SOC 2 Type 2).
Yes. Pro and Premium are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Yearly costs 10 times the monthly price — 2 months free: Pro $550/year, Premium $1,490/year. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time; the difference is calculated pro rata.
Prices are net. VAT is added at checkout where applicable, and businesses can enter their VAT ID. Customers in Europe pay in EUR (Pro €49/month, Premium €129/month), everyone else in USD. Once you have bought, your account keeps the currency of your first purchase.
Yes. There is no long-term commitment beyond the period you paid for: cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the current month or year, then you are on Basic. Unused credits carry over and never expire, even after downgrading. If you hold more records than Basic edits, your lists become read-only — nothing is deleted.
