Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still use Clearbit Connect?

No. Clearbit Connect was discontinued after HubSpot acquired Clearbit in 2023 and folded it into Breeze Intelligence. The Chrome extension no longer works. ListPlus for Outlook is an alternative — same daily moment, different client, multiple data providers.

Does ListPlus work with Gmail or only Outlook?

The ListPlus Add-in is built for Microsoft Outlook — Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac and Outlook on the web. If your team lives in Gmail, the ListPlus web app covers the lookup workflow: paste a name, company or LinkedIn URL and enrich from there. If your team is on Outlook, the add-in is the native home.

How is this different from HubSpot Breeze Intelligence?

HubSpot Breeze Intelligence is part of HubSpot and only accessible if you're a HubSpot customer. ListPlus is a standalone Outlook Add-in that works whether or not you have a CRM, is hosted in Frankfurt, and works with multiple data providers instead of relying on one proprietary database.

Is my email data safe?

ListPlus only works with the participants Outlook already shows in the message header or the meeting — names and email addresses. The add-in does not read the message body. Enrichment providers receive only the identifier being enriched (an email address or domain). ListPlus is operated by Airrange GmbH in Munich on EU infrastructure in Frankfurt; a Data Processing Agreement is available on request for every plan.
