My CRM or tool (Zoho, Dynamics, Outreach…) isn't listed

Updated Markdown

ListPlus has built-in export destinations for Google Sheets, HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly and Smartlead, plus a generic webhook. Pipelines add further targets: Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio and Close, and Other app for ready-made actions of many more apps (see "Pipelines to Slack, CRMs, sequencers, Sheets and webhooks"). There is no native connector for Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach or many other CRMs and sales tools. You can still get your data there. Three ways:

1. Webhook, through Zapier, Make or n8n#

Export via the HTTP Request destination (open All destinations in the export wizard; it's under Data & automation, or search "HTTP") and point it at a Zapier catch hook, a Make webhook module, or an n8n webhook node. From there, use that automation tool's own connector for your CRM — Zapier, Make and n8n each support a wide range of CRMs and sales tools, so this is usually the fastest way to reach a tool ListPlus doesn't connect to directly. See "Zapier, Make and n8n via webhook" for the full setup, payload shape and delivery modes. A pipeline with the Webhook target does the same for records you hand over one by one from lists and Saved.

2. The per-list API connection#

Each list can get its own secret REST + MCP endpoint (list header → More → Automation → Set up agent access, set up by the workspace owner or an admin) that a script, an AI agent, or an automation tool's generic HTTP module can call to read rows out of that list. Point it, or a Zapier/Make/n8n flow built on it, at your CRM's own API to push the data across. It's included on every plan.

3. Export a file and import it manually#

Download the list as CSV or Excel (see "Export file formats: CSV, Excel, JSON, SQL and Markdown") and use your CRM's own import feature — most CRMs and sales tools accept a CSV or Excel import. It's a one-time transfer with no live connection, which is often enough for a single campaign or a one-off data push.

Bringing data in from one of these tools instead#

Creating a new list works differently: the "Or connect your system" step's More apps search reaches a much larger catalog than the curated CRMs, so a tool without a built-in export destination may still show up there as an import source. Search for it before assuming nothing exists — if it appears, it imports through the same generic connect-and-pick-a-record-type flow described in "Connecting a CRM, spreadsheet or other app".

Requesting a tool#

If none of the above covers what you need, under "Missing your system?" at the bottom of the More apps window, click "Request an integration".

FAQ#

Does ListPlus connect directly to Zoho, Dynamics, Close or Outreach?#

Close, like Salesforce, Pipedrive and Attio, is available as a pipeline target; Zoho, Dynamics and Outreach have no native connector. For those, try a pipeline's Other app target, the webhook with Zapier, Make or n8n, the API connection, or a file export.

How do I get my ListPlus data into a CRM that isn't listed?#

Three ways: send it out via the HTTP Request webhook destination into Zapier, Make or n8n, which likely has a native connector for that CRM; point a script or automation flow at the list's own API connection; or export a CSV/Excel file and import it into the CRM directly.

Can I automate pushing data to an unsupported CRM on a schedule?#

Not from ListPlus directly — an export webhook runs when you click "Send N records", a pipeline sends when someone clicks Send, and the API connection only runs when your own script or automation flow calls it. See "Zapier, Make and n8n via webhook" for what triggers the send.

Is there a way to pull data in from a tool like Zoho or Dynamics?#

Possibly — the New List page's More apps search reaches a much larger catalog than the curated CRMs shown by default, so search for your tool there before assuming it isn't available. See "Connecting a CRM, spreadsheet or other app" for how that generic connect flow works.

What's the simplest option if I only need to move data once?#

Exporting a CSV or Excel file and importing it into your CRM's own import tool — no account connection or webhook setup needed, and it costs no credits either way.

Does using the webhook or API connection cost more credits than a listed integration?#

No — sending via webhook costs nothing, and the API connection is included on every plan; any credits spent are for enrichment actions you trigger, the same as anywhere else in ListPlus.

How do I request a new integration?#

See "How do I request a new integration?" for where to click and what to include.
