Connecting a CRM, spreadsheet or other app
On the New List page, the "Or connect your system" section lets you pull records straight from another app into a new list, instead of uploading a file. Google Sheets, HubSpot and Airtable show as quick buttons; click More apps to search for Salesforce, Pipedrive, Notion, Stripe, Lemlist, Phantombuster, Zoom or many other systems.
How connecting works#
- Click a source under "Or connect your system", or find one via More apps.
- A secure sign-in popup opens for that service — log in and approve access there, not in ListPlus.
- Pick the account that just connected (or Connect new account to add another), then choose what to import.
- Choose what to import (and, for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Stripe, an optional filter — see below). You see a preview of the data before the import actually runs.
What gets locked by plan#
Google Sheets, Airtable and Lemlist need Pro; HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Notion and Stripe need Premium; Phantombuster and Zoom work on every plan. In a workspace, the workspace owner's plan counts, not yours. A locked source shows a lock icon and, if you click it, a short screen explaining which plan unlocks it — see "Why is a connection locked, and what do I see?" in Which plan do I need for exactly what that looks like.
What each system imports#
- HubSpot — Deals, Companies, or Contacts.
- Salesforce — Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, or Leads.
- Pipedrive — Deals, Persons, Organizations, or Activities.
- Google Sheets — pick a spreadsheet, then a specific sheet.
- Airtable — pick a base, then a specific table; all its records import.
- Notion — pick a database shared with the connection; its records import.
- Stripe — Customers, Charges, Invoices, Subscriptions, or Payment Intents.
- Lemlist — Leads from the campaigns you pick (all are selected by default), or Unsubscribes.
- Phantombuster — one of your lead lists, or the latest run's output for a specific agent.
- Zoom — a webinar's Registrants, or its Participants (who actually joined).
Filtering what you import#
For HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Stripe, after picking the data type you choose: All Records, Created in Last 30 Days, Created in Last 7 Days, or Custom Filter on any field; HubSpot also offers Specified Owners, and Specified Countries appears when the data includes a country. Google Sheets, Airtable and Notion skip this step — picking the exact sheet, table or database is the filter. Lemlist lets you pick which campaigns to import; Phantombuster and Zoom import the chosen list, agent output or webinar as a whole.
Connections are shared in your workspace#
An account you connect belongs to the workspace you're in: every member can use it, and actions with it run under your login. See "What access you grant when connecting a CRM or app".
Credits and what's stored#
Importing from a connected app costs a flat 3 credits per import, no matter which system or how many records you bring in (a plain file upload — CSV, Excel or JSON — costs 1 credit instead). Each connection uses that service's own secure login (OAuth); your login credentials for HubSpot, Google, Salesforce and the rest are never stored on ListPlus's servers, whatever plan you're on.
Disconnecting an account#
Open Settings → Connected accounts and click Disconnect on the account, or, in the New List flow, click the same source again and click the small delete (trash) icon on the connected account. The workspace owner, an admin or the person who connected it can disconnect. Click Connect new account to add a different login for that service afterwards.
For advanced users#
The "More apps" search reaches a much larger catalog than the ten curated systems above; anything found there imports through the same generic connect-and-pick-a-record-type flow, without the curated filter presets. Pasting a public link (including a publicly viewable Google Sheets link) is a separate, login-free path — see "Importing from a URL or a Google Sheets link" for how that differs from connecting your Google account here.

FAQ#
How do I connect a CRM or app to a new list?#
On the New List page, click a source under "Or connect your system" (Google Sheets, HubSpot, Airtable) or click More apps to find another one. A secure sign-in popup opens for that service; after you approve access there, pick the connected account and choose what to import.
Which systems can I connect?#
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, Airtable, Lemlist, Notion, Stripe, Phantombuster and Zoom are all built in, and More apps searches a much larger catalog for anything else. Each curated system imports specific record types, like Deals and Contacts from HubSpot or Customers and Invoices from Stripe.
Which plan do I need to connect a specific system?#
Google Sheets, Airtable and Lemlist need Pro; HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Notion and Stripe need Premium; Phantombuster and Zoom work on every plan, including Basic. In a workspace the owner's plan decides, not yours. See "Which plan do I need?" for what the lock screen shows and how to upgrade.
What can I import from HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive?#
HubSpot offers Deals, Companies or Contacts; Salesforce offers Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts or Leads; Pipedrive offers Deals, Persons, Organizations or Activities. Pick one data type per import — run the connect flow again to bring in another.
What can I import from Google Sheets, Airtable or Notion?#
For Google Sheets you pick a spreadsheet and then a specific sheet; for Airtable you pick a base and then a table, and all its records import; for Notion you pick a database that's shared with the connection, and its records import. None of these three has a separate filter step — picking the exact sheet, table or database is how you narrow it down.
What can I import from Stripe, Lemlist, Phantombuster or Zoom?#
Stripe offers Customers, Charges, Invoices, Subscriptions or Payment Intents; Lemlist offers Leads from the campaigns you pick or Unsubscribes; Phantombuster offers a lead list or a specific agent's latest run output; Zoom offers a webinar's Registrants or its Participants (who actually attended).
Can I filter what gets imported?#
For HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Stripe you choose All Records, Created in Last 30 Days, Created in Last 7 Days or a Custom Filter on any field; HubSpot also offers Specified Owners. For Lemlist you pick which campaigns to import. Google Sheets, Airtable and Notion have no filter step — you pick the exact sheet, table or database.
Does connecting an app and importing cost credits?#
Yes — importing from any connected system costs a flat 3 credits per import, regardless of the source or how many records come in. A plain file upload (CSV, Excel or JSON) costs 1 credit instead; see "How do credits work?" for the full price list.
Is my login for HubSpot, Google or Salesforce stored by ListPlus?#
No. Each connection uses that service's own secure sign-in popup, and your login credentials are never stored on ListPlus's servers — this applies on every plan. The access you approve is held by the secure sign-in service, not by ListPlus, and you can remove it at any time by disconnecting the account.
How do I disconnect a connected account?#
Open Settings → Connected accounts and click Disconnect on the account, or click the small delete icon on it in the New List flow. The workspace owner, an admin or the person who connected it can disconnect it; click Connect new account afterwards to add a different login.
Can I import a public Google Sheets link without connecting my Google account?#
Yes — pasting a publicly viewable link is a separate, login-free path from connecting your Google account here, which instead needs Pro and lets you browse your own private spreadsheets. See "Importing from a URL or a Google Sheets link" for how the link-based method works and what it costs.
What happens to a connection I already made if I downgrade my plan?#
For what happens to a source you connected before downgrading, see "Will my connected HubSpot, Google Sheets etc. keep working if I downgrade to Basic?" in Cancel, downgrade and leave.
