Price list: what every action costs

Updated Markdown

One credit is worth about €0.03 (see "How credits work"). This page lists every paid action in ListPlus and what it costs. Most paid lookups and imports show you the maximum cost before you start; a few — like AI-based analyses — are metered by usage and shown only after they run. Person Search's own basics and add-on cards, and AI/AI Research/import costs, are on separate pages linked below. In a workspace, every cost is paid from the workspace owner's balance, whoever runs the action.

Enrichment & lookups#

Several of these lookups appear under a different button label depending on where you start them — the Enrich menu on a list, the record panel for one row, the single-cell fill window, or a Person Search card. The table below names every label you might see.

"Company Profile Crunchbase"1on hit
"LinkedIn URL (by Name & Company)" — free Google searchfreealways

Both CompanyEnrich's and FullEnrich's email-lookup options are labeled identically — "Contact Profile (by Email)" — so the price is how you tell them apart: 2 credits is CompanyEnrich (single-cell fill window only), 4 credits is FullEnrich, and FullEnrich tends to return more complete profiles. See "What does one contact cost?" for the cheapest route to reach an email or phone, "Cost examples" for worked-through totals, and "Person Search: basics and profile add-ons" for the add-on cards you see on a Person Search result.

Finders#

Person Search: opening a profile has its own price list — see "Person Search: basics and profile add-ons" for basics (~0.75 credits) and every add-on card.

Segment Search: 2 credits per page of 25 results; a page is free if the search finds no results, or if it repeats a search you already ran in the last 30 days. Revealing a verified email in a result costs 2 credits and revealing a mobile number costs 12 credits, both only when the reveal actually finds a value — the masked preview itself is always free to see.

Inbox#

Recognizing contacts in an Inbox (Eingang) entry costs credits on every run, not even for a calendar invite, vCard, table rows or a one-contact-per-line list.

ActionCreditsCharged
Recognize contacts — vCard, calendar invite, table rows, one-per-line list0.5 (exact, shown on the button)every run
Recognize contacts — longer free text, a forwarded e-mail, or a PDF0.5 base + AI tokens at double the normal rate (button shows an upper bound, roughly ~1.6–~2.1; the actual charge is usually lower, often under 1)every run
Recognize again on an already-recognized entrysame as aboveevery run, including repeats
Receiving content into your Inbox — pasted, sent by a connected tool, or forwarded by e-mailfreealways

The Recognize contacts button always shows the price before you click it — an exact number for the entry types in the first row, or "~" for an upper bound when the entry needs AI (free text, e-mails, PDFs). If your balance is below that price, the button is replaced by a Top up credits button.

What's always free#

  • Google searches for a LinkedIn URL or a company website
  • Reading a company from ListPlus's own cache instead of calling a provider
  • Cleaning phone numbers into international format (Local group in the Enrich menu) — runs in your browser, no AI call, no credits
  • Quality checks in Analyze
  • Local cleanups, formatting fixes, and transferring or joining columns
  • Exporting a list or sending it to a connected tool, and syncing
  • Creating an empty list
  • Sending records through Pipelines, including the Email target (the receiving tool may charge its own fees)
  • Creating workspaces and inviting members

If a paid action is blocked because your balance is too low, see "Not enough credits" for what that means and what to do next.

For advanced users#

Most provider lookups only charge once the provider actually returns a value — a miss costs nothing. Two exceptions charge for the attempt itself: LinkedIn Profile Search (1 credit) and Verify LinkedIn Profile (0.25–0.5 credits), because the underlying search or check runs against LinkedIn regardless of the outcome. Email verification is billed only once the verification service is actually called — an obviously invalid address (bad format, a disposable domain, a role-based address, a test domain) is marked invalid locally, for free, before that happens, and a few inconclusive results from the service itself are also free. Re-running a LinkedIn lookup that already found data within 30 days is free too, and companies already in ListPlus's company cache cost nothing. Person lookups (Prospeo, FullEnrich) that returned data are reused for 7 days in your account, so repeating them sooner doesn't charge again; lookups that found nothing are run again.

Several buttons are the same underlying lookup shown under a different name depending on where you start it. The Enrich menu, record panel and single-cell fill window all label the 0.25-credit company-by-domain lookup "Company Lookup"; only a Person Search card calls it "Company Profile". FullEnrich's 6-credit name+company → email lookup is "Find Email (by Name & Company)" in the Enrich menu, "Contact Profile (by Name & Company)" in the single-cell fill window, and "Deep Email Search" on a Person Search card — all the same flat 6 credits, no chain. Confusingly, the Enrich menu also uses "Find Email (by Name & Company)" for Prospeo's separate 2-credit lookup, so in that one menu the same title covers two different prices — the amount shown is how you tell them apart. The Enrich menu and record panel additionally offer a chained version of FullEnrich's lookup, also labeled "Contact Profile (by Name & Company)," which can cost up to 12 credits (6 for the email, 6 more only if a follow-up profile lookup also succeeds) — this chain only runs from those two surfaces, never from the single-cell window. "Find Email + Phone (by Name & Company)" is the same operation as "Deep Mobile Search" on a Person Search result. Prospeo's 2-credit lookup is "Contact Brief" in the Enrich menu's Contact section and in the record panel, but "Verified Email & Company Phone" (or "… (by Name)") on a Person Search card. "Reveal Mobile Number" is offered in the record panel, the single-cell window and on a Person Search card, but not in the bulk Enrich menu. CompanyEnrich's "Contact Profile (by Email)" only appears in the single-cell fill window — the bulk Enrich menu deliberately excludes CompanyEnrich from that section and only offers FullEnrich's version there.

FAQ#

How much does a company lookup cost?#

Looking up a company by domain or company name costs 0.25 credits, only charged if the lookup finds the company. It's labeled "Company Lookup" in the Enrich menu, record panel and single-cell fill window, and "Company Profile" on a Person Search card — same lookup, same price.

How much does email verification cost?#

Checking one email address costs 0.1 credits, but only once ListPlus actually calls the verification service — an obviously invalid address (bad format, a disposable domain, a role-based address like info@, or a test domain) is caught and marked invalid for free before that happens. A few inconclusive results from the verification service are also free.

How much does a LinkedIn profile lookup cost?#

Looking up a person's or company's LinkedIn profile from its URL costs 0.5 credits, only charged if the profile is found. A separate "Verify LinkedIn Profile" check (by name and company instead of a URL) costs 0.25–0.5 credits and is charged even when it finds nothing, since the check itself still runs.

How much does searching LinkedIn by name cost?#

Searching LinkedIn for a profile by name and company, when you don't already have the URL, costs 1 credit — charged whether or not a match is found, because the search itself still runs. It returns the full profile, including job title, company and experience, when it succeeds.

How much does finding a verified email cost?#

Finding a verified email via Prospeo costs 2 credits, and nothing if no verified email turns up. It's labeled "Contact Brief" in the Enrich menu's Contact section and in the record panel, "Verified Email & Company Phone" (or "… (by Name)") on a Person Search card, and — confusingly — "Find Email (by Name & Company)" in the Enrich menu's email section, the same title FullEnrich's separate 6-credit lookup uses there. See "What does one contact cost?" for the full set of routes to an email or phone.

How much does a contact profile from an email cost via FullEnrich?#

Looking up a person's name, job title and LinkedIn URL from their email via FullEnrich costs 4 credits, charged only if a match is found. It's labeled "Contact Profile (by Email)" and is the recommended option when you want the most complete profile, since it waterfalls through 20+ data sources.

How much does a contact profile from an email cost via CompanyEnrich?#

Looking up a person's name, job title and LinkedIn URL from their email via CompanyEnrich costs 2 credits, charged only if a match is found. It's labeled "Contact Profile (by Email)" too, the same as FullEnrich's option, but only appears in the single-cell fill window — the bulk Enrich menu only offers FullEnrich's 4-credit version, so price is how you tell them apart there.

How much does "Contact Profile (by Name & Company)" cost?#

The price depends on where you start it: a flat 6 credits in the single-cell fill window (charged only if it finds an email, no follow-up chain), or up to 12 credits from the Enrich menu or a row's record panel, where the same label triggers a chained version — 6 for the email, 6 more only if the chain also completes the profile. Either way it's not a phone lookup — for a phone number, use "Find Email + Phone" instead.

How much does a deep email search cost?#

FullEnrich's name+company → email lookup costs 6 credits, charged only if an email is found — the same lookup is labeled "Find Email (by Name & Company)" in the Enrich menu, "Contact Profile (by Name & Company)" in the single-cell fill window, and "Deep Email Search" on a Person Search card. In the Enrich menu, Prospeo's cheaper 2-credit lookup uses that exact same "Find Email (by Name & Company)" title — the price is how you tell them apart, so try the 2-credit one first.

How much does finding an email and phone together cost?#

Finding both an email and a direct phone number from a name and company via FullEnrich — labeled "Find Email + Phone" in the Enrich menu and "Deep Mobile Search" on a Person Search result — costs 30 credits, charged whenever the lookup returns data — any profile field it finds, not the phone number specifically. With Prospeo, a personal mobile number is always a separate 12-credit reveal, since Prospeo's routes only include the company phone number at no extra cost.

How much does a mobile number cost?#

Revealing a verified mobile number via Prospeo ("Reveal Mobile Number") costs 12 credits, and it's only charged when a number is actually found. It's offered in the record panel, the single-cell fill window and on a Person Search card — not in the bulk Enrich menu — and needs a LinkedIn URL, or a name and company, as the starting point.

How much does a Crunchbase lookup cost?#

Looking up a company on Crunchbase by name or domain — labeled "Company Profile Crunchbase" — costs 1 credit, charged only if a match is found. It adds funding, technology and growth signals on top of the basic company profile.

How much does a page of Segment Search results cost?#

Each page of 25 results in Segment Search costs 2 credits. A page is free if the search returns no results, or if it repeats a search you already ran in the last 30 days.

How much does revealing an email or mobile number in Segment Search cost?#

Revealing a verified email in a Segment Search result costs 2 credits, and revealing a mobile number costs 12 credits — both charged only when the reveal actually finds a value. A masked preview like "j•••@company.com" is always free to see; only unmasking it costs credits.

How much does recognizing an Inbox entry cost?#

Every recognition run costs at least 0.5 credits, including vCards, calendar invites, table rows and one-contact-per-line lists. Free text, a forwarded e-mail or a PDF adds AI token cost on top, at double the normal rate; the Recognize contacts button shows an exact price for these entry types and an upper bound (marked "~", roughly 1.6–2.1 credits) for AI ones, and Recognize again charges again.

What is always free in ListPlus?#

Several things never cost credits: Google searches for a LinkedIn URL or company website, reading a company from ListPlus's own cache, cleaning phone numbers into international format, quality checks in Analyze, and exporting or syncing a list. Creating an empty list is free too.
