Provider: CompanyEnrich
CompanyEnrich is ListPlus's primary provider for company details, and also powers a shared, free company cache and a few record-panel extras built on top of the same company data.
What it delivers. Company Lookup: name, domain, website, industry, employee count, LinkedIn company URL, address, revenue, founded year and social links, from a domain (or a company name in the wizard and single-cell window). A 2-credit email-to-person lookup (single-cell fill window only). Record-panel extras: "Workforce Insights" (observed employee count and headcount by department), "Find Employees" (adds up to 10 decision-makers as new list rows) and "Similar Companies" (5 lookalike companies).

Inputs needed. A domain or company name for Company Lookup; an email address for the person lookup; a domain for Workforce Insights, Find Employees and Similar Companies.
Coverage & freshness. CompanyEnrich looks up its own current company dataset live at the moment you run the lookup; ListPlus doesn't hold a separate freshness figure for it.
Credits & charge rule. Charged only on a hit; a miss, or a domain already in the free company cache, costs nothing. Exact amounts are in "Price list: what every action costs" and "Company data: by domain vs by name."
What the provider receives from us. Only the domain, company name or email needed for that one lookup — never your whole list.
Company seat, data location, legal basis. According to CompanyEnrich's privacy policy and Trust Center (checked September 2026), its legal entity is registered in Turkey and its production compute, databases and backups are hosted in Finland. Its public privacy policy cites legitimate interests and, where required, your consent as its legal bases for processing.
Caching. Company data is the same for every customer who looks up the same domain, so ListPlus keeps a free, shared cache per domain: once anyone has looked up a domain, a later Company Lookup for that domain costs nothing and doesn't call CompanyEnrich again. The extras (Workforce Insights 1 credit, Similar Companies 2 credits, Find Employees 3 credits, each charged on a hit) are not cached and are billed again each time. The email lookup is reused for 7 days in your account when it returned data.

What does CompanyEnrich do inside ListPlus?#
CompanyEnrich is ListPlus's main provider for company details — industry, employee count, location and more — looked up from a domain or company name, plus a few record-panel extras (Workforce Insights, Find Employees, Similar Companies).
Does CompanyEnrich work by domain or by company name?#
In the Enrich menu, Company Lookup works by domain only. To search by company name, use the Company Enrichment wizard or the single-cell fill window on an empty company cell; a name match is less certain than a domain match, so check that the company found is the one you meant.
What is the free company cache, and is it CompanyEnrich's own caching?#
It's ListPlus's own cache of company details. When it already holds current data for a domain, the lookup is free and CompanyEnrich isn't called again.
What does CompanyEnrich receive from ListPlus?#
Only the domain, company name or email needed for that one lookup — never the rest of your list.
What are Workforce Insights, Find Employees and Similar Companies?#
Three record-panel extras built on CompanyEnrich data: Workforce Insights (1 credit) gives observed employee count and headcount by department, Find Employees (3 credits) adds up to 10 decision-makers as new list rows, and Similar Companies (2 credits) returns 5 lookalike companies. All three need a company domain and are charged on a hit.
Are the record-panel extras cached like Company Lookup is?#
No. Workforce Insights, Find Employees and Similar Companies are billed again each time you run them, even for the same company.
