Provider: Email verification
MillionVerifier checks whether an email address is real by asking the mail server for its domain directly, live at the moment you run the check.
What it delivers. One of six results per address: valid, invalid, catch-all, disposable, unknown or error. See "Email quality checks and verification" for what each result means and how it's shown in your list.
Where in ListPlus. "Verify Email Deliverability" in the record panel and in the Enrich menu under Verify.
Inputs needed. An email address — nothing else.
Coverage & freshness. Checked live against the mail server at the moment of the check; verifying the same address again within 7 days reuses that result.
Credits & charge rule. 0.1 credits per address, charged only for a valid, invalid or disposable result. Catch-all, unknown and error results are free. Addresses the free pre-checks already flag (bad format, disposable or test domain, role account, typo, numeric-heavy) never reach MillionVerifier and cost nothing.
What the provider receives from us. Only the one email address being checked — never the rest of your list.
Company seat, data location, legal basis. According to its privacy policy (checked September 2026), MillionVerifier is operated by GBD Software as a Service Private Limited Company, registered in Hungary. It may also process personal data in other countries, depending on the service provider involved, and it names contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations and, where required, consent as its legal bases.
Caching. A result is reused for 7 days if you verify the same address again — no new check, no credits charged.

What does MillionVerifier receive when I verify an address?#
Only that one email address — never the rest of your list or any other column data.
Is every address actually sent to MillionVerifier?#
No. Free local pattern checks catch obvious cases first — bad format, disposable domains, role accounts, test domains — and mark those without ever calling MillionVerifier.
Does checking the same address twice cost credits again?#
No, not within 7 days. A result is reused for a week before ListPlus checks the same address again.
