FullEnrich is the waterfall provider ListPlus calls when a person's email needs to come from checking 20+ underlying sources — either starting from an email you already have, or from just a name and company.

What it delivers. From an email: name, job title, company, LinkedIn URL and location. From a name + company: a verified email, and optionally a direct phone number.

Where in ListPlus. "Contact Profile (by Email)" (Enrich menu, record panel, single-cell fill window). The name + company email search is "Find Email (by Name & Company)" in the Enrich menu, "Contact Profile (by Name & Company)" in the single-cell window and "Deep Email Search" on a Person Search profile. The email + phone search is "Find Email + Phone (by Name & Company)" in the Enrich menu and "Deep Mobile Search" in Person Search.

Inputs needed. An email address for the reverse lookup, or a first name, last name and company name/domain for the name-based search. The phone-inclusive searches also send a flag telling FullEnrich to look for a phone number, not just an email.

Coverage & freshness. FullEnrich checks its waterfall of 20+ underlying sources live at the moment you run the search, rather than serving from a fixed, dated dataset.

Credits & charge rule. Charged only on a hit (FullEnrich returns data); a miss costs nothing. Searching for a phone number alongside the email costs more than an email-only search. From the Enrich menu or record panel, "Contact Profile (by Name & Company)" costs 6 credits and up to 12 only if the follow-up profile lookup also succeeds. What the provider receives from us. For the reverse lookup, only the email address. For the name-based search, only the first name, last name and company name or domain — never your whole list.

Company seat, data location, legal basis. According to FullEnrich's public privacy policy (checked September 2026), it relies on legitimate interests, contract performance and, for some purposes, consent, and uses standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU. Caching. A lookup that returned data is reused for 7 days in your account, so repeating it sooner doesn't charge again; a lookup that found nothing is run again.

When does ListPlus use FullEnrich instead of Prospeo?#

FullEnrich is the deeper, more expensive fallback: it runs when you search "Find Email (by Name & Company)" or "Find Email + Phone (by Name & Company)," typically after a cheaper Prospeo lookup hasn't already found a match. In the Enrich menu, "Find Email (by Name & Company)" can itself be Prospeo (2 credits) or FullEnrich (6 credits) depending on the row — the price shown tells them apart.

What does a FullEnrich phone search cost compared to an email-only search?#

An email-only search costs 6 credits; email + phone costs 30 credits, charged when the lookup returns data.

What does FullEnrich receive from ListPlus?#

Only what the specific lookup needs: an email address for a reverse lookup, or a first name, last name and company name/domain for a name-based search — never the rest of your list.
