Enrichment Wizards: Company Enrichment, Campaign-Ready, Full Profile

The Enrich menu's ENRICHMENT WIZARDS section offers ready-made, multi-step enrichment plans instead of one lookup at a time. Each wizard runs several lookups in sequence, and later steps skip rows that an earlier step already filled. The three wizards#

  • Company Enrichment (0.25–1.75 credits per row) — fills in domain, industry, employee count, location and LinkedIn company data; an optional step adds deeper Crunchbase data (funding, founded year).
  • Campaign-Ready (2–8 credits per row) — fills in what outbound needs: LinkedIn profile, job title, company data and an email, plus AI-derived gender and seniority.
  • Full Profile (4–12 credits per row) — everything Campaign-Ready does, with LinkedIn profile data switched on by default, plus optional Crunchbase and FullEnrich (profile from email) steps.

A fourth wizard, Detect Job Changes, lives in the same menu section but solves a different problem — see "Detecting job changes" for what it does.

How a plan works#

Clicking a wizard opens a plan instead of running anything right away. The plan groups the lookups into steps (for example "Find Company Identifiers," "Get Company Details"); each step shows one primary lookup plus, when there are cheaper or alternative ways to get the same data, a "+N Fallbacks" toggle you can expand. Click the dot next to any step or fallback to switch it on or off before you start — a step with nothing left to do, because an earlier step already filled it, is dimmed automatically. Steps that are optional by nature (marked "opt," such as Crunchbase) start switched off; turn them on for the extra data at the extra cost.

Budget: no cap field, just toggles#

There's no separate budget field to fill in. The Start Plan button shows the live estimated total — e.g. "Start Plan (12.5 Cr.)" — and it updates as you switch steps on or off, so you control the cost before you start.

Running and billing#

The wizard runs its enabled steps one after another, waiting for each to finish before starting the next, and re-plans the remaining steps after each one, so later steps concentrate on rows still missing data. Credits are charged per step for the lookups that actually run — see "Price list: what every action costs" for the general rule. The AI steps (Detect Gender, Analyze Job Seniority) aren't included in the estimate; they're billed by AI usage like other AI derivations. You can cancel a running wizard — the step running at that moment finishes and its results and charges stay, and steps not yet started are skipped and never charged.

In a workspace, a wizard spends the workspace owner's credits like any other enrichment. If the balance runs out, the step running at that moment stops early (see "Enrichment jobs: progress, batches and limits"), and the next steps don't start while the balance can't cover their estimate.

Scope and results#

A wizard runs on your selected rows if you have any selected, otherwise on the whole list — see "Which Enrich button do I use?" for how this compares to the other enrichment entry points. Results go through the same "Fill empty cells with enrichment data?" step as any other enrichment run; see "Fill empty cells with enrichment data" for how to review and apply them. Filled cells are unsaved edits — click Save afterwards.

What is the Enrichment Wizards section in the Enrich menu?#

What's the difference between Company Enrichment, Campaign-Ready and Full Profile?#

Company Enrichment (0.25–1.75 credits/row) fills only company data — domain, industry, size, location, LinkedIn. Campaign-Ready (2–8 credits/row) adds LinkedIn profile, job title, company data and an email, plus AI-derived gender and seniority. Can I turn off individual steps before running a wizard?#

Yes. Every step and fallback has its own on/off dot in the plan; steps marked "opt" (like Crunchbase) start switched off, and you can also disable any step that's on by default.

Is there a budget I can set before running a wizard?#

What happens if the credits run out while a wizard is running?#

The step running at that moment stops early: rows it already enriched keep their results, and the rest are marked failed and not charged. The following steps don't start while the balance can't cover their estimate. In a workspace the wizard spends the owner's credits, so once the owner has topped up, run the wizard again on the rows that are still missing data.

Does a wizard run on my whole list or just selected rows?#

It runs on your current selection if any rows are selected, otherwise on the whole list — the same scope rule as the rest of the Enrich menu.

What happens to the results after a wizard finishes?#

They go through the same "Fill empty cells with enrichment data?" prompt as any other enrichment run — nothing is written into your grid until you confirm it, or apply the results later from the Enrich menu.

Can I cancel a wizard while it's running?#

Click Cancel (it replaces Start Plan while the wizard runs); the step running at that moment finishes, and its results and charges stay. Steps not yet started are skipped and never charged.
