Importing from LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, employees, profiles, posts)

Besides importing a file, you can build a list straight from LinkedIn. In the New List wizard, choose Collect web data, then pick a task on the "What data do you want to collect?" screen:

  • Import a Sales Navigator search — paste a Sales Navigator search URL; imports the people in your results (up to 2,500, typically 5–10 minutes). Filters that depend on your own LinkedIn account (Relationship, Lead Interactions, Groups) are stripped from the URL automatically; everything else keeps working.
  • Employees of a company — paste up to 10 LinkedIn company page URLs, with optional location, job title, seniority and function filters (up to 1,000 employees total, across all companies, typically 3–8 minutes).
  • Search profiles — a keyword search (supports AND/OR/NOT and quotes) with an optional location filter (up to 1,000 profiles, typically 3–8 minutes).
  • Reactions to a post / Comments on a post — paste one or more LinkedIn post URLs; Comments also offers a time filter and an option to include replies, Reactions lets you filter by reaction type (up to 1,000 results total, across the posts you pasted, typically 2–5 minutes).

None of these use your own LinkedIn account or session — the import runs through a specialised LinkedIn data provider on ListPlus's side. See "Where does the data come from?" for how that provider is used elsewhere too.

What you get#

Every LinkedIn import fills in names, job titles, companies (where LinkedIn shows them) and LinkedIn URLs (plus engagement details like comment text or reaction type for the post-based imports) — never email addresses. Once the import finishes, an Enrich LinkedIn Data? prompt offers Contact Profiles (person data) and Company Profiles (company data) for the new rows; Company Profiles is pre-selected only for a Sales Navigator import. Click Enrich Now to run it, or Skip and use the list's Enrich menu whenever you like instead.

Cost and timing#

Before you start, the wizard shows an Estimated cost box (base fee + results × per-result rate), and your balance must cover it. The exact rates, and why the charge is only booked once the import finishes, are in "AI, research and import costs."

What LinkedIn imports can I run in ListPlus?#

Five: a Sales Navigator search, a company's employees, a LinkedIn profile search by keyword, people who reacted to a post, and people who commented on a post. Start any of them from Collect web data in the New List wizard.

What data do I get, and are there email addresses in it?#

You get names, job titles, companies and LinkedIn URLs (plus comment text, reaction type or post date for the two post-based imports) — never email addresses. Add emails and phone numbers afterwards with enrichment.

How do I import a Sales Navigator search?#

Paste your Sales Navigator search URL into the Import a Sales Navigator search task; ListPlus imports up to the number of results you set (maximum 2,500) and automatically removes any filter tied to your personal LinkedIn account.

How do I import a company's employees, or people who engaged with a post?#

For employees, paste up to 10 LinkedIn company page URLs (optionally narrowed by location, job title, seniority or function); for post reactions or comments, paste one or more LinkedIn post URLs. Each of these imports up to 1,000 results in total.

How much does a LinkedIn import cost, and when am I charged?#

Can I enrich the imported rows with emails afterwards?#

Yes, but not through the prompt alone. When the import finishes, an Enrich LinkedIn Data? prompt offers Contact Profiles (job title, experience, skills, location) and Company Profiles (industry, size, website); Company Profiles is pre-selected only for Sales Navigator. For email addresses, use the "Contact Brief (by LinkedIn URL)" button in the list's Enrich menu; see "Find a verified email address."

The import runs through a specialised LinkedIn data provider on ListPlus's side and never uses your LinkedIn account or session.
