Person Search: basics and profile add-ons
Opening a profile in Person Search automatically loads a small set of "basics"; every add-on below is a card you click yourself, and its price is always shown before you spend it. Person Search reuses the same lookups that the general price list describes, so a few cards here have a different label than they do in a list's Enrich menu — see "Price list: what every action costs" for that mapping.

Shown as "Basics (profile, company)," this loads automatically when ListPlus already has, or freely finds via Google, a LinkedIn URL for the person. If no LinkedIn URL turns up even after that free search, ListPlus may need to spend more first to identify the person or company — a LinkedIn Profile Search (1 credit, charged even without a match), a LinkedIn company lookup (0.5 credits) or a company-by-name lookup (0.25 credits) — pushing the total above 0.75.
You can turn this off: click "Auto-load basics: on" below the profile in the drawer (or "Turn off" while the basics are loading). Profiles you pick from the candidate list then only load their basics when you click "Load" on the "Basics (profile, company)" bar. Searches by LinkedIn URL, email or domain still load their result straight away, and the setting is remembered in this browser.

"Deep Email Search" and "Deep Mobile Search" are the same FullEnrich lookups called "Find Email (by Name & Company)" and "Find Email + Phone (by Name & Company)" in a list's Enrich menu — same price, different label. If none of the paid lookups above finds a contact, ListPlus can fall back to an AI web search for one — this costs 3 credits, only when it actually delivers an email or phone number. A miss is free.
Revisiting a contact#
Re-running a LinkedIn lookup that already found data within 30 days is free, and companies already in ListPlus's company cache cost nothing. Person lookups (Prospeo, FullEnrich) that returned data are reused for 7 days in your account, so repeating them sooner doesn't charge again; lookups that found nothing are run again. Add-on cards such as Company Contacts or Find Employees aren't reused and charge again on each hit.

Opening a profile typically costs 0.75 credits — a LinkedIn profile lookup (0.5 credits) plus a company profile (0.25 credits) — each only charged if it's actually found. This is shown as "Basics (profile, company)" and loads automatically when you open a profile.
Does Person Search cost more if there's no LinkedIn URL?#
Yes — if ListPlus doesn't already know the person's LinkedIn URL and a free Google search doesn't find one either, it may run a paid LinkedIn Profile Search (1 credit, charged even without a match) or a company lookup (0.5 or 0.25 credits) before the basics can load. In that case, opening the profile costs more than the usual 0.75 credits.

How much does "Find Employees" or "Company Contacts" cost?#
"Find Employees" (up to 10 employees with roles and LinkedIn profiles) costs 3 credits, and "Company Contacts" (up to 25 decision-makers with masked email and mobile teasers) costs 2 credits. Both are charged only if results are found.
How much does "Deep Company Profile" or "Similar Companies" cost?#
"Deep Company Profile" (funding rounds, tech stack and open job titles in one lookup) costs 3 credits, and "Similar Companies" (5 AI-ranked lookalike companies) costs 2 credits. Both are charged only if they return data.
How much do the small company add-ons cost?#
Workforce Insights, Open Jobs, Google Maps Profile, Web Traffic, Email Infrastructure and Latest LinkedIn Posts each cost 1 credit, and Tech Stack costs 0.25 credits — all charged only when they return data.
How much does "Post Engagement Leads" cost?#
Finding people who liked or commented on a person's recent LinkedIn posts costs 8 credits, or 6 credits if you're pulling engagement from a single post. It's only charged if engagers are actually found.
How much does "Reveal Mobile Number" cost in Person Search?#
Revealing a verified mobile number via Prospeo costs 12 credits, and it's only charged when a number is actually found. It's the same "Reveal Mobile Number" lookup described in the main price list.
How much does "Contact Profile (by Email)" cost in Person Search?#
Via FullEnrich, looking up a person's name, job title and LinkedIn URL from their email costs 4 credits, charged only if a match is found. See the price list for CompanyEnrich's cheaper 2-credit version, which isn't offered as a Person Search card.
Is "Company News" or "Person in the News" free?#
Yes, both are always free — simple news searches with no credit cost, unlike the other add-ons on a profile.
